Whiskey. Preservation Distillery worked hand in hand with our farming partner to acquire all Kentucky Grown 
Rye for this exceptional whiskey - an incredibly unique attribute that we believe is the core of this 
Rye’s one of a kind profile. Made Kentucky Grown Rye with a balanced 
content of Corn and Malt, this Pot Distilled Rye is equal parts herbal, floral, sweet, and spice. Expect 
baked cinnamon pears and fruity gum along with a viscosity that can only be achieved through Pot 
Distillation.
